The Hawlemont Regional School is a small rural public elementary school nestled in the hills of northwestern Massachusetts serving students in the grades preschool through sixth grade. Its approximately 90 students primarily reside in the towns of Charlemont and Hawley. In addition, Hawlemont has school of choice students. Upon graduation, students attend Mohawk Trail Regional School in nearby Shelburne Falls.

The Hawlemont staff, students, and parents take great pride in the school's achievements. Along with high academic expectations, the community is committed to maintaining an environment that is safe, respectful, and nurturing. Parent involvement is strongly encouraged in order to create an essential partnership to help students flourish academically and socially.
