Filtered Searcing with Google
Our content filter mandated by the Children Education Protection Act will block google searches unless you set your google preferences to the moderate or strict filtering settings. Here's how:
To set the web filtering click on Preferences on www.google.com.
Next, select moderate or strict under the Safe Search Settings.
Finally, Save your preferences by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.
For image searching you must also click on the Advanced Image Search link from images.google.com.
Next, select moderate or strict filtering in the SafeSearch section.
Finally, Save your preferences by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.
You should now see that you are using a filtered search when you browse to the main image search page.
